The grapes are harvested overripe, the colour is golden yellow. The delicate perfume is reminiscent of violet and unripe apple. The flavour is full, delicately tannic and sweet. Definitely a wine for dry pastries, but also for hot and cold appetizers based on goose liver, and with spicy soft cheeses.
